Potatoes stuffed with Cream Cheese and Prawns

Ingredients

- 20 units of boiled and peeled cocktail chips.
- 20 units of prawns.
- 15 g Peeled, chopped and toasted almonds.
- 227 g Cream Cheese Delice (Spread)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil.
- 1cdta. Dill.
- 1cdta. ground garlic.
- 2 drops English sauce.
- A splash of white wine.
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

- Chop the prawns and marinate the dill wine, salt, pepper and English sauce with garlic.
- Heat a pan and sauté the prawns.
- Mix cream cheese with almonds and prawns.
- Make a hole through the top of the potato and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and dill sprig.
